Agreed; so end of the weekend works perfectly. The tree will have been
relatively quiet for the weekend, and it removes the potential of a build
going out 36 hours before people would be around to answer questions.

Firing them off before the Canary is fine; 19:00UTC Sunday evening seems
reasonable. If the build time runs long, will the Monday morning Canary
build just be delayed until the Beta build completes?
