I've renamed and completely reworked the old "BKM for Rebasing
chromium-crosswalk" wiki article. It is now

  https://github.com/crosswalk-project/crosswalk-website/wiki/Rebasing-our-forks
(it has not been picked up by the website updating script yet)

It should help other teams who are going to work on future rebases
(Jesus and the Campinas folks are rolling up their sleeves to rebase
Chromium on top of M31, for example).

It is based on our past painful experiences rebasing on top of M29 and
also the work I've been doing with Jesus these past few days.

The instructions for tracking a new Chromium milestone should be OK, but
I'd like input for the "rebasing a release branch" workflow: it not
totally clear to me yet whether the branch names in this case are
correct or not (we shouldn't be working on master in releases, for
example).

Please take a look and improve it if needed.
