[Ming, Bai] Yeah, basically I agree with you since this is the case in
Android/IOS, but what about some apps like 'notepad' which may allow user to
open multiple contents at the same time.
For those traditional desktop apps, multi-instance is allowed, though there are
workarounds like creating multiple window. I'm just sending this email to call
on an agreement on this point because it will affect the fundamental design of
runtime mode.
