I guess that ok for now. Let’s make the entire thing work and if needed we’ll 
improve. On mobile platforms it makes little sense to run multiple time the 
same app at the same time for the current user, at least that’s not how 
Android/Tizen/iOS/Windows Phone works.
We may reconsider that use case for the desktop platforms as you *can* in 
theory run the application multiple times but that’s material for the future.
