Now the PR get merged, repos are open.

The trybot and internal buildbot(wrt-build.sh.intel.com) and canary buildbot
need some reconfiguration steps, do not be panic if you meet. Raphael, Shiliu
and myself will fix that.

To Raphael, could you do below steps for canary buildbot?
download_from_google_storage run fail when 'gclient runhooks'

1. <path_of_depot_tools>/third_party/gsutil/gsutil config, then follow
instruction to create ~/.boto
2. Edit ~/.boto with (%HOMEPATH%/.boto for windows)
[Boto]
proxy = proxy01.cd.intel.com
proxy_port = 911

Open :

1. Whether -Dbuildtype=Official is best way to fix win static build crash
issue.
I'd prefer to apply it first since it won't touch the crosswalk codes, just
build-infrastructure. When we make a final decision, we can rollback or
something. Otherwise it is a blocking issue for windows.

Thanks,
Halton.

FYI, if you want to know the rebasing status.

The PR https://github.com/crosswalk-project/crosswalk/pull/1141 is under
review. So far I got Jesus +1 and Raphael's comment is resolved.

Thanks,

Subject: [Crosswalk-dev] [HeadUp] Freeze repos for 32 rebasing

Hi Crosswalk owners,

I'd like to call for freeze crosswalk repos(crosswalk, chromium-crosswalk and
blink-crosswalk) for 32 rebasing.
During the rebasing time, please DONOT merge any pull requests.

I'll send another email when the rebasing is done and keep you update.
