I have tested desktop version of HexGL and it's ffos-local version which is
better designed for mobile.
It's hard to measure by visual.
Ie. For HexGL, we can measure with video. Step 1 and 2 will be both white
screen, hard to be divided by video, and in Step 3, the screen will be changed
from white to light gray and few seconds later, the game view will be displayed.

Nice. It sounds like the best way to me.

What were the web apps that you tried, as a matter of interest?

Also, at which point is the 'white screen' displayed? I suppose I'm curious, as
an app developer, to know where our 'minimum' is in your time-line. We
obviously can't measure in the same way as you, but one method we *can* use is
to video the app and measure the time between visual changes, ie 'home screen'
-> 'white screen' -> 'html'. Do they correspond to your steps 1, 2 and 3?

Thanks,

Max.
