Please understand that by using http://download.tizen.org/snapshots/tizen/ivi/ivi-release/latest/ for all packaging dependencies you are picking a repository that occasionally will not build, more often will not boot, and has no testing done on it, since it is a "snapshot" build. Also by picking the "ivi-release" version you are picking a version that may not change for several weeks while the Tizen 3.0 maintstream moves on.
On the other hand if you pick http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/tizen/ivi/ivi/latest/ you will get a repository that is generally updated several times a week, has already been smoke tested and is known to at least boot to the current UI, and if you want, next day, you can review the Tizen IVI QA team "sanity" test report on the daily build which is posted to [email protected]. And if you want a more stable version of IVI, you can use http://download.tizen.org/releases/milestone/tizen/ivi/latest/ which will be updated with a fully tested version about once every three months. Revision 3887c68d built fine on all these platforms in our tests. http://download.tizen.org/snapshots/tizen/ivi/ivi-release/latest/ will be used as the GBS repository for all packaging dependencies. We will also need to do some changes to the directory layout in download.01.org again to accommodate these new packages: - download.01.org/crosswalk/releases/tizen has been replaced by download.01.org/crosswalk/releases/tizen-mobile. The old URL will be kept as a symlink in order not to break existing links, but will be removed in the future once we update all pages and give time for people to update their scripts and bookmarks. - IVI RPMs will be stored in download.01.org/crosswalk/releases/tizen-ivi, which will be created once the first RPM package lands there. _______________________________________________ Crosswalk-dev mailing list [email protected] https://lists.crosswalk-project.org/mailman/listinfo/crosswalk-dev _______________________________________________ Crosswalk-dev mailing list [email protected] https://lists.crosswalk-project.org/mailman/listinfo/crosswalk-dev
