Just discuss with the reporter of the XWALK-1164, this feature is created in a serials of features((XWALK-1155 to XWALK-1181) to track the tizen legacy wrt features according to tizen 2.2 web runtime core spec. This feature should be a umbrella feature but not tracking the individual APIs implementation, He will correct the feature duplication. Thanks Jenny
