I believe Jiajia (cc-ed) is working on the VDA remaining fixes for Tizen.

Please submit your PR targeting the "next" branch so me and raphael
can integrate them. The sooner the better.
At the moment Crosswalk builds and runs on Mac, Linux, Windows with all
browser/unit tests green. Content Shell is working fine also (if you
want to build that target for reference).
Android does build and run but have problems. I would appreciate help
to accelerate the fixing.

problems I have at least for now (as blockers). Feel free to contact
me or submit PR if you feel like to. I'm going to look at the issues
in the following day, still experts will be probably faster than me.
Tizen is unknown as I did not have time to look at it at the moment,
feel free to jump in.
