SSIA, basically. Crosswalk's master branch (currently Crosswalk 9) has been rebased on top of Chromium 38.0.2125.24, less than a week after it was promoted to Beta by the Chromim team.
WebRTC got re-enabled on Tizen, and Chromium's bundled clang is used by default on Linux -- if you want to use your system's GCC, you have to make sure it is at least 4.8.0 and then pass "clang=0" to gyp.
