Since Crosswalk master has been rebased onto M38 and oz-wl Milestone-Harvest is in use, is it Okay to turn on XDG_Shell by merging PR#2330<https://github.com/crosswalk-project/crosswalk/pull/2330> and PR#2333<https://github.com/crosswalk-project/crosswalk/pull/2333> ?
