Hi,

If you just call "xwalk.exe" without any parameters, you're probably going to 
see some debugging messages on the console and a window quickly opening and 
closing.

In this regard, the Windows version is quite similar to the desktop Linux one, 
so the "Running a Crosswalk application" part of the Linux documentation also 
works for Windows:
https://crosswalk-project.org/documentation/linux.html

Can you check if things work when you pass an argument to xwalk.exe?
