The repo you used below points at the 3.0-M2-March2014 milestone release which did not include Crosswalk, that’s why you are facing this error. If you want to stick to a milestone release, I’d advise you to use the latest one published which is 3.0-M2-June2014 (aka M14.2). Here is the repo URL to be used in your gbs.conf: http://download.tizen.org/releases/milestone/tizen/ivi-3.0.m14.2/tizen-3.0.m14.2-ivi_20140724.4/repos/atom/packages/
Note that you may not be able to build the latest tizen-extension code for that milestone release but it will work for the latest daily image (see repo URL pointed out below by Halton).
