Are the settings hardcoded in the code then? There must be some settings somewhere. Where would I find them? Or are they just whatever defaults the version of Chromium in xwalk happens to use?

And am I misunderstanding the definition of --list-features-flags here:

or does the documentation need to be corrected?

I see this maybe an use feature if we can get settings to crosswalk/chromium (like chrome://version in Chrome browser), will consider add this support.
