Also, Chrome 37 has enabled GPU rasterization
(http://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/chromium-graphics/how-
to-get-gpu-rasterization), so since Crosswalk 9 you can add
“minimum-scale=1” to the meta viewport to enable gpu-rasterization: e.g.
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, minimum-scale=1.0”>
