Halton, I think it's not presentation API, it should be an option to capture 
screen through getUserMedia API.

Zago, could you please point out which OS are you planning to support, Android 
or general Linux?
For linux, there is a method to capture screen without installing browser 
extension:

As for Android, the feature is not even supported on Chrome upstream.
