Lin, what do you think? Would it be feasible to attach a shared crosswalk apk as an expansion file, and re-use most of the shared-crosswalk loader to instantiate it? This issue has been requested a few times and we might have most of the infrastructure in place now https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-2618
