Thank you for your quick response.Apparently touch events (UP/DOWN/MOVE) can 
happen even if the web content itself isn't being scrolled at all.Since I'm 
showing and hiding the address bar, I need to know when the web content is 
actually being scrolled and how, so I could implement this 
toolbar-hiding-technique in a better way.I tried looking in the source code of 
ContentViewCore.java to tell when the TextureView is scrolling, but could not 
find something useful.
Can you point me in the direction of how to accomplish that?
