Which creates an error on the publication of the app on the store. Also I have set in config.xml minSDKVersion = 19, but both APKS shows in the store with minSKD=14. The Gradle script overwrites the minSdkVersion value defined in confix.xml. It's fixed in the latest Cordova plugin https://github.com/crosswalk-project/cordova-plugin-crosswalk-webview/pull/42.
