What we do in our official builds is just merge the outputs in the end
with zipmerge(1): each build (x86, arm etc) will produce a
xwalk_core_library.aar in out/{Debug,Release}, so in the end we do
something like
zipmerge multiarch.aar file1.aar file2.aar file3.aar ...
