I apologize for the delay in responding, we've had a chaotic week. As it turns out I was in fact able to isolate this to versions of Crosswalk after 18, regardless of the OS it was running. This seems to be the exact same bug: https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-7307.
It looks like those tests use .oga files. These seem to work, it's the proprietary codes (mp3, m4a) that do not. From what I can see here: https://github.com/crosswalk-project/crosswalk-test-suite/blob/master/webapi/tct-webaudio-w3c-tests/webaudio/support/webaudio.js, those types of files are not tested. This ends up being a pretty big issue if web audio is not working for versions 19+. The most recent crosswalk webview plugin uses Crosswalk version 21 I believe, so any new projects using the default state will not be able to use web audio with mp3 files.
