There is something with all this versions that confuses me. Let me see 
if I understand:

Crosswalk discontinue support for Android <=4.0.X (android SDK <16) and 
right now support Android >=4.1 (android Sdk >=16) right?

When you say "starting with version 20" you are talking about Crosswalk 
version and not android-sdk-20  right?
