Q. Compressing a video before upload
A. Not possible. The video file lets say is in .webM or .mp4 and the size
is 50MB.
Now the user attach that file to <form> and press upload. There is no built
in module there to tell the system to compress it into 10MB.

You need to upload it to your server and then run some BASH/PERL/PHP or
FFMpeg to compress it to lower properties.

Once its done then from your SERVER you re-transfer that to the destination.
