I have submitted a pull-request that changes the KIWI build specs for OpenSUSE

I would appreciate if you would carefully check over the changes and merge them
in if they meet with your approval.

Commented and merged https://github.com/crowbar/crowbar/pull/1771.

The changes allow generation of an ISO that has been deployed in a KVM VM. The
installation requires keyboard interaction. The resulting installed system
does not auto-start Crowbar.

Please let me know when is a good time to connect up to discuss the principals
behind the smoke-test environment and how this impacts the design of the ISO
build process.

Ralf proposed some changes to address this, and will likely submit a pull
request for that soon.

Regards,
James T.
