Hi,

We have a crowbar 1.5 Essex deploy. There is nova api support for
live-migration but it appears libvirtd is not set up to listen on TCP
ports, this means the attempt to peer-migrate fails.

Is this feature deliberately turned off in Crowbar 1.5 or can a manual
configuration override this?

Also, with the nova live-migrate commend there is an option
--block_migrate which sounds like it will migrate the block storage for
domains even if libvirt is not operating off a shared instance file
system, as is the case with the Crowbar 1.5 config.

Is this interpretation correct or is this the genesis of the disabled
live-migration feature, ie. because Crowbar 1.5 didn't support a
configuration with shared instance storage and therefore no live-migrate.
