Okay all, my front window (the big one that all you non-drifters spend most of your time looking thru) is pretty badly cracked. I need a new front window, so I called a couple of these local glass franchises, and here are my results for a front window w/out the ugly blue tint strip:
Safe auto glass: $163.89 Moulding $68.99 1(800) 800-2727 **Triumph glass:$110.oo + tax Moulding $70.oo Guardian Glass $238.64 total (inclusing moulding. Without a doubt I am giving my buisness to triumph, heck, they're even going to come to my work and do the window in the parking lot! It's to my understanding that they are a franchise, so look them up if ever you're unfortunate enough to need a new window. I did a yp.yahoo.com search for triumph glass, and there were a bunch of local locations. I havent comitted to them, so if anyone knows anywhere even cheaper, or has a good reason for me not to go to triumph, please let me know so I don't either A) waste my hard earned money, or B) damage storm. One last thing/suggestion: I've found that it's a good idea to go with new wiper blades when you get a new window installed, because depending on the crack(s) in whe window, you'll still have those un-sightly streaks if it rains...
