"Direct Bolt-in" would imply no modifications are necessary, which is untrue. You will need an aftermarket mount kit (HASport, Place Racing, HCP all make kits), which usually run in the $400-600 range. You will also need to do some rewiring for the addition of the VTEC (VTEC solenoid, oil pressure sensor and a couple other I can't remember) or purchase a prewired wiring harness, which will also run you about $150-300. You will also need axles different than your stock Si ones (there are many combos that work, check out www.hasport.com for options). The motor mounts that are coming with this engine can be used, but then you need to have your stock mounts cut out, the engine fitted and the mounts welded back into the proper place.
The B16A was available in a couple different cars that I'm aware of: the 89-92 CRX SiR or the 90-92(?) Integra XSi. A good way to be sure is by the tranny that will come with it. Only the SiR has a stock LSD available, so you can be sure if it has the LSD it's from the CRX. IF you want more info, there are some good sites out there. It's not a terribly difficult job, but you should have some sort of an idea of what you're doing before jumping into it.
