This summer am tooling up to make a SINGLE piece hood with INTEGRATED fenders for our 89 Si Demo car. Using .25" Thick nomex or alluminum honeycomb vacuum formed with E-Glass and Carbon Fiber. High rigidity to weight ratio. I will make approximately 50 of these. Our hood for our car will feature impregnated surface mount LED's that turn the entire hood into a graphic equilizer display for the sound system. I will make additional ones if someone wants one, but expect to spend about $2,000. For a standard one without the bargraph display, plan to spend about $800.
