hmm, after flipping thru the helm i didn't see much in terms of
rebuilding the carb.  basically you buy the kit, take the thing apart and
change the items out.  an impact screwdriver will help those stubborn
screws around the sight glass and what not, we couldn't get those off
normally.  the only real tuning you can do is set the idle mixture screw
2.5-3 turns out, then set the float level.

about the mildew, i guess a nice baking hot day in the sun may dry things
out?
