It is hard to say.  If you have a number where you can contact someone at
Honda who can look that up for you I would say that is your best bet.  The
serial number (38529 on your car) is a poor indicator.  That series number
includes ALL civics.  It might also include all Hondas of that year but I
have my doubts on that part.
