Ah yes, the metal shifter bushings from B&M. When I was at a local speed 
shop, they showed me those and the poly ones from Energy Suspension ones. I 
thought it was kinda bizarre to have metal shifter bushings?!?!?!?!?

If there is buzzing from your shifter, I bet that is the reason why. 
Virtually no vibration dampening. The reason why I didn't buy the B&M one 
was because they use a teflon bushings for their "bearings" (while others 
used sealed bearings)  and their stick was straight (while, others  have a 
bend in it towards the driver for ergonomics and comfort).
