I did the same thing.  Cherry picker with the motor/tranny tilted down on
the passenger's side.  Definitely not the easiest way in the world, but
possible.  As you probably already know, HASport recommends doing the rear
mount first, then the side mounts.  I did the two side mounts first and
the rear last.  That is probably easier when you're using the cherry
picker because HASport's instructions assume that your motor/tranny are
level going in.  Not the case here so getting it level is the first
hurdle.
