Tim:
that's such a slap in the face. .024 GPM over the limit. In your case you can
do one of two things or both.
1) Replace worn spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Check ignition timing.
2) Go to Home Depot or Lowes some kinda store like that. Pick up some denatured
Alcohol. Your going to make a
25-33% Ethyl-Methyl blended fuel. Use 1 Gal. of Denatured Alcohol to 4
Gal. of Gas. for a 25% mixture. and no more than
1Gal of Denatured Alcohol to 3 Gal. of Gas for a 33% mixture.

Some info on Denatured Alcohol and motor vehicles. Just some reading for you so
you know what your doing and how it works.
Alcohol's have a higher octane rating than gasoline Not as high as say 100%
Methyl Alcohol but it's up there.
Ethyl Alcohol ranges in octane from 100 to 105. Which sounds very enticing to
use as an everyday fuel.
But beware Ethyl Alcohol can be corrosive to metals. So using it as a race
fuel is fine but if your gonna run it all
the time you have to mix it with Petrol.

Here's the chemical composition.

PRODUCT: Ethyl alcohol (denatured)
SYNONYMS: Denatured ethanol
CHEMICAL FORMULA: C2H5OH
CHEMICAL ABSTRACT NO.: Mixture

COMPOSITION % TLV HAZARD
Ethyl alcohol ........... 82.9 1000 ppm Flammable
Ethyl acetate .......... 0.2 400 ppm Flammable
Methyl alcohol ........ 16.4 200 ppm Flammable,poisonous * added to
discourage consumption
Methyl ethyl ketone . 0.5 200 ppm Flammable * added to discourage consumption

* those chemicals are added, because if they weren't we'd have a cheap source
of ethyl alcohol. so the state can't tax it as
fuel. and everyone and your mother would be drinkin it to get drunk.

Good luck passing and don't go more than a 33% mixture your numbers will drop
so low almost to 0 an HC's an CO's
and that might look suspicious
