Check the fuse first.  If that's OK then you will need to verify that there 
is voltage (+12VDC) going to the fan blower motor.  I believe it's a 
blue/white wire.

I would also check to make sure that the fan switch is securely 
attached.  You may want to pull it and then push it back in to make 
sure.  I ran into this when I last took my center console apart last 
summer.  In my haste, I didn't check the fan switch connection... I 
recalled connecting it back but I didn't give it a slight tug to make sure 
it was locked in.  Needless to say it wasn't and I was getting intermittent 
fan performance.
