CRX: who owns this CRX?

  I was wondering who owns the red CRX in the middle of this picture.  I would like to know about their exhaust set up.  It seems as though they have a teardrop muffler angled out the back and I want to know how this works.  If any knows the owner or about this set up, I would appreciate any feedback.
