Well, I got it off. It took lowering the car back down onto the ground with one wheel, and the other still lifted. Had the wife step on the brake with the car in gear. Still had to torch the hell out of the bolt, and then after going back and forth between the torch and the impact wrench a couple of times, it finally broke loose.
