The last kit to become unavailable was from www.turborex.com. He put the domain and the business up for sale maybe 2 years ago. The domain is still around (it's a redirect) but the kits are gone.
The factory service manual says the 86 Si is an EW3. My 85 Si has the EW3 plate on the upper radiator support. But the plate on my 86 Si reads EW4.
