Might be cheaper to find a bolt splitting tool and buying a new bolt or have
you tried heating it up with a torch, a good cutting circular tool could
work well.  I believe the bolt splitting tool can be purchased through
www.eastwoodco.com/  or you might be able to find it at a local automotive
specialty shop.
