Nick,

I don't have a rulebook handy but I don't recall that the DX 2nd gen CRX is
in an IT class anymore and I never saw one built.  Only the Si remains in
ITA as I recall.  At one time I think the DX was listed as ITA but it would
have been a major underdog and no one did it because the Si was the vastly
preferred car.  Some have tried to get it added into ITB but that won't be
allowed by SCCA becasue they think the car has too much potential for that
class so it is stuck in "no man's land".

I have owned a raced a bunch of Sis so feel free to contact me if you like
and we can discuss it.  Basically you need an Si which is a very good car
for the class if built well.  Oddly, to get a decent one it will be cheaper
to buy one already built and same time but you need the money up front.  IT
is great fun but you need the right perspective and  some ability to spend
lots of time and money.  Building the car is just getting your toe into the
water.
