I did the swap using the rear hubs and calipers from a '92 integra.  The
hub will come off the rear trailing arm with 4 or 5 hex bolts and one very
large nut right in the center.  You can actually get the hubs new from
honda for about $100 each.  New calipers cost about $90 each as well.  Add
your brakelines, and you can have all new honda OE parts for your read
disc conversion for about $400-500 (depending on what lines you get).  I
found the parts used, so it wasn't as expensive for me.

For the rotors I used brembo slotted rotors and metal masters for the
pads.  Beats drums anyday especially since mine were on their way out. If
you want pics and other details, just let me know.  I'll try to dig
something up.
