This is bringing up an old question, but I've found some answers that I
wanted to share. I've got a 1.5L (D15A3) too that, like Steve, I'm
considering upgrading a little.

Someone recommended the Gude cams (www.gude.com). These are a re-grind, I
called and they quoted $295 + core!!! That's a lot for a freakin' re-grind
on a SOHC. I checked out Web Cams (www.webcamshafts.com) recently and they
also offer a few re-grinds for the 1.5L. Retail is $185 and I've found them
for about $138 on the web. That's more like it! I'm not sure how good they
are though, the 35-060 sounds okay but not real aggressive. The main
difference is that the lift looks a lot less than the Gude. Maybe the Gude
is a weld and re-grind.

Now you'd probably also need a cam gear if you're going to do this. Web
makes one and so does AEM (~$135 at www.lightningmotorsports.com).

Finally on the head swap question, check out this site:

Evidently it's not unheard of to swap a D16A1 head onto a D15A3 block. If
you did a 0.040" overbore, dropped in some 1st gen Integra domed pistons,
decked the head, port/polished, etc. you could really have something.
Hmmmm......
