If your timing belt is fairly new (less than 10-20K miles?), then you don't need to replace it. If you are not replacing the timing belt, then there is no reason to take the motor mount loose.

Yeah, it shouldn't be too terrible.
You will most likely need to remove the mount (you don't need to pull the motor)
I would also get a timing belt and do that, since you need to remove the t-belt to get to the water pump anyways.

My water pump took a crap today, you could hear the bearings just doing the grind. I started the car just now and water began to leak from the water pumps location.
My question if anyone knows, do I need to remove the motor to access and replace the pump? Or can it be done without engine removal?
