Do not follow the instructions of this email.
This file is supposed to be on your computer, while it
doesn't really serve much function, it's just one of
those things that's there, microsoft put's in with all
version of windows so why fight it.
They choose this file because nobody knows what it is
or ever uses it. Then use it to scare you, making you
think you narrowly escaped disaster.

I sent this to the whole list because if one person is
getting it more will surely follow. Though don't know
the point in resurrecting a scam that's nearly a year
old.
