OK it's that time of the year to renew registration/inspection & such for the rex when I can across an idea, just wanted to get some of your experienced opinions on it. Basically, in PA "classic" cars are not subject to emissions and certain safety checks. Given the age of the rex (89) its coming up on its 15th year since production... would this be a recommended route to go, and allow for more aggressive modification?
