You're the man Aaron... It was the heat shield. I should have told myself, i just totaly missed that solution.

To fix it I adjusted the hangers of the muffler. Also, another common problem with exhaust is the spot welding on the heat shield over the catalytic converter coming lose. You might want to check that out. The cat is located just about under the gear shift. If it is the heat shield, it is not that important other than the annoyance. hope I helped. Ern
