I was rear ended and pushed into a truck a long time ago. I was going to sell the car whole a while back but I've decided to repair it. I stripped the front end down to asses the damage and it looks like i'm going to have to replace a crossmember piece on the front.
http://www.digitalhell.org/wreck/both.jpg That's a picture of what I'm talking about. Has anyone ever replaced this before? Not just straighten it out, but actually breaking the spotwelds and putting a new one on? I just want to make sure I do it right the first time. Any advice from people who have reparied this type of damage would be appreciated... Thanks... John
