I was rear ended and pushed into a truck a long time ago.  I was going to 
sell the car whole a while back but I've decided to repair it.  I stripped 
the front end down to asses the damage and it looks like i'm going to have 
to replace a crossmember piece on the front.

That's a picture of what I'm talking about.  Has anyone ever replaced this 
before?  Not just straighten it out, but actually breaking the spotwelds 
and putting a new one on?  I just want to make sure I do it right the 
first time.  Any advice from people who have reparied this type of damage 
would be appreciated... Thanks...
