According to the National Weather Service (http://www.srh.noaa.gov/), the snow level is being predicted to be as low as 4000 feet. Julian is above 4000 feet which means very good chance of ice on the roads.
Even if it doesn't rain, we'll still have to deal with the possibility of ice-slick roads.
Again, look for my email tomorrow afternoon around 3pm...
