which suggested to me that the teeth were broken off at the bottom of the belt. has this ever happened to anyone? Im just hoping i didnt mess up the valves or pistons. can i get some feedback please?
thanks,
ronnie
Sounds like you stripped timing belt or it lost belt-tension. What you can do is loosen the tension wheel and then slide the belt around and inspect all the teeth (or just remove the belt all together).
