WIMP!  WIMP! That's not ice, that just frost!  What's wrong Cali boy, can't find a scraper?   ;)

After hours of shovelling just to get down to the ice layer (no budging that  until the weather warms), it took four trys to get my CRX out of it's cozy garage up my driveway hill to street level even with it's winter tires.  We didn't have it too bad here actually, just an inch of packed hail ice (like an industrial strength snow cone) with about 3 inches of snow on top of it. Sixty miles south of here my parents are out of power for 48 hours due to ice storms and 40 miles north they got 8+ inches of snow.  We got lucky in between with a little of both but not a lot of either.  Here in Cincy we are normally near the edge of the snow line but we've had more than normal this year.  That means more time to work in the garage on the CRX racecar.  Have an appointment next weekend with the wiring man so I hope it warms enough to find the trailer and tow her off.

While this doesn't compare to what most of you have to deal with every year, it was still somewhat of a shock for me:

And of course it was the one time where I did not park him in the garage or put the cover on.  This was around this time last year...
