Hardware Random Number Generator

Does the Cryptographic framework allow for easy integration of hardware random 
number generators as well as Cryptographic accelerators?
A hardware number generator such as http://www.protego.se/sg200_d.htm, so that 
it can replace /dev/urandom. I have posted this query to the device usb forum.
